About Tisticket

Tisticket is a digital ticketing platform that allows users to purchase event tickets online and receive digital QR code tickets for easy event entry.

Ticket Purchase

All ticket purchases are subject to payment confirmation.
After purchase, a confirmation email with QR ticket will be sent.
Each ticket is valid for one-time entry.

Digital Ticket & QR Code

Each ticket contains a unique QR code which will be scanned at the event entrance.

QR code can only be used once.
Duplicate tickets may be rejected.
Users must present the QR code on mobile or printed ticket.

No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event organizer cancels the event.

Event Changes

Event organizers may modify event details such as date, time, or venue.
